Shala Russell is the Owner & President of Innovative Solutions Design (ISD) LLC.  As a Design-Build / FF&E company, Innovative Solutions Design has years of experience within both fields of Interior/Exterior Design and Construction. The Managers at ISD are involved throughout each phase of a project ranging from Conception, Construction Documentation to Construction completion with commercial and government contracting assignments. Shala Russell has worked in design, contract sales, and project management. Her extensive knowledge and years of experience have positioned her as a leader in the industry.

Innovative Solutions Design's dedicated staff has determined labor requirements, dispatched contractors to the job site, coordinated and supervised the workforce, obtained requisite permits and licenses, and acted as liaison to interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, clients, developers, and contractors in the field.  Office Design Solutions has the expertise and support to meet all workspace environment needs.
